Heart Bouquet

It's a nice relaxing Sunday once again, so that must mean it's my day to share with you one of my latest projects made using items from the 7 Kids College Fund Store!!

I thought I would share some of the details on my current challenge card!

This little cutie pie is one of My Favorite Things
Pure Innocence's Heart Bouquet!
She comes with a few handy sentiments that can be
used for so many different occasions!
The bright and cheery patterned paper is
Echo Park's Sunny Days Ahead!
I finally decided to try out one of MFT's Blueprints
die cut kits, and let me tell you, I LOVED it!!
If you are a person who struggles with layouts,
then these sets are for you!!
MFT also has many suggestions on the different
layouts you can use with the die set!

Confession time-
When I originally colored her, she was a cute pale
blue, almost like a light denim color.
Hated it with my paper choice.
I thought that maybe after I got it all together,
maybe it wouldn't really matter that much.
WRONG!
So, after everything being completely glued in place,
I re-colored her outfit right over top of the blue I had!
Went for a more aqua/teal color, and was much more
happy with it!!
That being said, I am not going to list the Copic
colors I used, because it was a hot mess!
Here's my supply list-

CutterPillar Pro

Well, that's all for me today!!  I hope it provides you with some crafty inspiration to finish off your weekend!!

Fabulous Saturday

Happy Saturday to everyone!!  I hope you are all enjoying your Summer, and have had lots of crafty time!  I seem to be so busy with my girls everyday, that I haven't had a whole lot of time to make anything!!  lol!  But that's ok, I wouldn't trade this time with them for anything in the world!

Today I just have a random card to post.  I used Denise from Saturated Canary-

I like the black background, kind of makes her pop!

I love her outfit!!  It's too cute!

I think I have had that big pink flower
for about 3 years now...
about time I used it!

That's all from me today!!!  I hope you all have a wonderful weekend!

Stars & Stripes Details.....

I hope everyone had a wonderful 4th!!!  Rachel here today to share the details on my current challenge card!

The current challenge is Stars & Stripes!

What better way to express some love for the USA!!
I used several fun dies from Mama Elephant-
Tags A Lot, and Carnival Toppers.
The tag and banner are from the Tags set, and the
star stamp and die are from Carnival Toppers.
I made the background of the tag by
randomly stamping stars with Memento's
Lady Bug, and Paris Dusk.

And yes, I gave the ol' No-Lines-Coloring
a go!  I stamped the image with Memento's
Desert Sand, and then colored her in
with my Copics.
This technique is definitely a challenge!
Colors used-
Skin- E13, E21, E00, E000
Hair- YR21, YR23, YR24
Dress- C3, C1
R39, R29, R24
Heart- B28, B24, B21

So there ya have it!
Perfect card for celebrating the 4th!

Here's my supply list from the store-
