SOG Challenge

Have you seen the sketch challenge over at Some Odd Girl?  It's a really cute CAS design, and I just finished mine today!

This doll is Birthday Mae!

I used a lot of colors on her!

I went bright on her!  I used an older pad from Echo Park-Summer Days for all of the patterned paper.  I also traced around the image with B000, and then added small dots with the light yellow and pink from the colors I used on her outfit.  I kept it pretty simple, and just embellished with some buttons, teal baker's twine, a few flowers, and some pink bling.  (it's very girly!!)

I hope you all have a safe, and fun-filled 4th!

TFL!

Happy 4th of July! I hope you and the family have something fun planned for the day. We are bumming around the house at the moment and then we are headed over to my Mom & Dad's for a BBQ. The M&Ms are both excited to go. They love their grandparents very much. I think your card is just adorable! I love the bright colors as well as the little dots that you came up with for your back ground. I wanted to thank you for always coming over and leaving me sunshine on my blog.
