A little random...

I have many projects done, but just haven't had the time for pics.  I have just a couple cards here that I put together a while ago just for the heck of it!!

This is A La Modes Birthday Girl!

And this is just some shapes I had cut up on the ol' Cameo and put together.

Thanks for stopping by!

Have a great day!

Sup!!??

I trust everyone had a great weekend!!  I was able to finish up a few crafty things, and then clean up after myself.  It's amazing the mess that one little card can make!!  lol!

Today I am sharing a simple little box I made with my Cameo and a Saturated Canary image.

This image is called Secrets!
I have been meaning to color this for a long time,
glad I finally did!

This box is the Lori Whitlock A2 Card Organizer box.
I used a seriously old piece of MME patterned paper for it.  (I think it was MME...)
I distressed the image and used lots of burlap/woodsy type embellies.
The "Sup?" sentiment is from the Paper Smooches Slang Gang set.

Well, I am off to do some more sewing today!  Hopefully I will have some more projects to share with ya soon!!

Thanks for stopping by!!

Burlap & Bouquets

It is Friday once again!!  We are winding down with softball season, and have about a month of Summer left!  I love having my girls home, but the constant cleaning.....oy!!!

Here's a picture of another image that I have framed.  The image is from Saturated Canary-

(hard to get a good pic through the glass...)
She is called Cali Girl!
I found this burlap covered 8" x 8" frame at Hobby Lobby
and knew it would be perfect with her!!
I used a bunch of items from my Paper Issues Swag Bag,
and several other items from the Fancy Pants Burlap & Bouquets
pad and flairs.

I hope everyone has a fantastic weekend!!

Just keep sewing.....

As some of you may have heard, I have decided to dip my toes into the sewing pool!!  I wanted to share just a couple of pics of some super simple beginner projects I have done!

Both of these were made using this tutorial I found- here!

I used some cheap pre-cut fat quarters from Joann's on these.  The second pic is just me adding on to the basic basket pattern given.

That's all for now!!  Much more sewing to do!

Thanks for stopping by!

Teacher Cards

I hope everyone is having a fantastic weekend!!  It sure has been raining here every afternoon!

I just realized I never share any of the end of the year teacher cards I made!  My girls have been lucky to have such great teachers over the years, and I feel it is important to let them know what great job they are doing!!

I used Frappi Anya (TGF) for Maddie's teacher.
The Thank you stamp is from Taylored Expressions Graphic Greetings line.

This is Twirl Anya from TGF. (retired)
Same thank you stamp.
This was for Hunter's para.

And lastly is Reeta from TGF. (also retired)
Same thank you stamp.
This was for Hunter's teacher.

All of the school themed paper was from a pack that was from Michaels or Hobby Lobby. (sorry, totally can't remember which!  lol!)

Have a fantastic Sunday, and check back with me this week for some pics of my latest sewing attempts!!

Thanks for stopping by!

Hi!

The Summer is whizzing by!!  I haven't done half of the crafty things I wanted to yet, but hey, there is still a little time...right!!??

Today I am sharing a Saturated Canary card that is one of my favorites!!  I used some colors that were out of my "norm", and I really love how it turned out!!

This is Honey.
The pleats in her skirt take a while to color, but it's totally worth it!!

I used a TON of stuff from my Paper Issues Swag Bag on this!!

That's all for now, got a busy day of ahead of me!!

Thanks for stopping by!
